Mostly clear skies will ensue for most of the day and as temperatures will rise, west-northwesterly winds will pick up a little bit., drying out the atmosphere even more. From the morning school commute on into the afternoon, temperatures will eventually reach into the upper 50s, 60s, 70s, and lower 80s, back to above-normal criteria for this time of the year, allowing for some snowmelt in the Western Mountains, as well as the Northern Mountains. As the trough of low pressure continues to well away to the northeast with moisture well to the northeast of the Land of Enchantment, precipitation will be not be the big story at all as with the more pleasant weather ahead, temperatures will mostly be on the climb until a brief change ensues late this week.
