ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Rochester police have blocked off the intersection of Genesee Street and Brooks Avenue. Rochester police are surrounding a car that appears to have crashed near the intersection. Rochester police were seen taking at least one person into custody, as officers continue to search the damaged vehicle. Members of News 8 are on the scene and are working to learn more information.
