An argument sparked an exchange of gunfire early Monday that left one man dead and a woman wounded in Auburn Gresham, police said.Police responded to the 1800 block of West 83rd Street about 2 a.m. and found Ronald Stewart, 63, shot multiple times in the chest. Stewart was pronounced dead at the scene, Chicago police said. The 58-year-old woman, who was shot twice in her leg, was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where she is in fair condition.The two were shot during an argument between Stewart and another man, police said. Both men drew guns and fired shots.The other man wasn’t injured and was taken into custody. Charges are pending.
