ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — By next summer six affordable townhouses will be available through the Rochester Housing Authority. The RHA says this is a significant milestone in the push to increase and improve housing options in the city. Located in the South Wedge neighborhood, the Bond Hamilton townhouses are part of a few hundred public housing sites across Rochester. The redevelopment project is expected to be completed in early summer 2025.
