Saint Louis alumnus and Ewa Beach native Tua Tagovailoa is set to return to practice this week after missing the last four games with a concussion.
Tagovailoa suffered a concussion against the Buffalo Bills on Sept. 12, the third documented concussion of his NFL career and first since 2022.

Tagovailoa was promptly placed on injured reserve and missed the minimum of four games. He has yet to be cleared from concussion protocol but is expected to do so until he returns to practice.
The Dolphins host the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday at 7 a.m. HST.
Despite the concussions he has suffered in his career, Tagovailoa said he will not wear a Guardian Cap on his helmet, calling it a "personal choice" on Monday.
The NFL allowed the Guardian Cap to be worn in games in 2024. It has been used in practices since 2015 and required during some practices since 2022. It is a padded addition to a helmet that is designed to reduce the impact of collisions by absorbing contact.
