WAIPAHU, Hawaii (KHON2) -- Honolulu police are investigating an officer-involved shooting in Waipahu that left one in serious condition. Paramedics arrived at the scene around 7:25 p.m. and treated an 18-year-old male for an apparent gunshot wound. 23% of us believe safety is the most important factor Another male, 23, was treated for an apparent assault. Both were transported to an emergency room in serious condition. Police arrested the 18-year-old man on suspicion of second-degree attempted murder. He remains in custody.
