FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 24-year-old man received serious injuries after he rolled a Chevrolet Silverado in a Tulare County crash, according to the California Highway Patrol.  CHP says on Sunday at around 2 a.m. officers responded to the area of Road 140, south of Avenue 216. Investigators say the 24-year-old man from Tulare was driving the Silverado southbound when for unknown reasons he allowed the truck to veer off of the west road edge of the road and collide with a power pole.  The driver suffered major injuries and was transported to Kaweah Health Medical Center.  CHP says drugs and or alcohol may be a factor in this crash.
