(KRON) – The Petaluma Police Department arrested a man allegedly in possession of child pornography.  At 2:14 p.m. on Oct. 8, Petaluma police officers pulled over a man, identified as Gabriel Oates, driving on Kenilworth Drive. Petaluma PD said officers received a lead that Oates, 34, had illegal, obscene, digital images or data.
