(KRON) -- An elderly man who was stuck on a trail near Highway 1 in Marin County was rescued by emergency crews over the weekend, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP’s Golden Gate Division Air Operations responded to assist the Marin County Fire Department overnight between Saturday and Sunday after an elderly man was reported to be stuck on Steep Ravine Trail. Marin County firefighters contacted the man “who stated he was too exhausted to finish hiking up the trail,” CHP said.
