NARRAGANSETT, R.I. (WLNE) – Yesterday Coast Guard Station Point Judith rescued three people from a disabled boat near Whale Rock and Narragansett Beach.  According to the Coast Guard, the boat was in danger of crashing into the rocks, and Station Point Judith arrived with “quickness to safely rescue all three persons on board and without injuries.”  The boat was recovered by commercial salvage before it drifted into any rocks.
