LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — A teenager arrested after shots were fired at a mini mart last week is due in court today for an arraignment. 18 year-old Aubrion Johnson faces multiple charges, including robbery, wanton endangerment, and assault. According to investigators, Johnson was arrested on Friday following a call about a robbery involving gunfire at the mini mart on Anniston Drive. Officers report that Johnson allegedly got into a fight with the clerk before firing shots from a gun. While no one was injured by the gunfire, the clerk was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Johnson’s arraignment is scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday afternoon.
