ASHEVILLE, N.C. — It’s been three weeks since Helene caused major destruction across Western North Carolina. The historic Biltmore Estate has announced their re-opening plans. In a post on Facebook, officials say they’re aiming for November 2nd. That’s the day its seasonal Christmas at the Biltmore kicks off. The yearly holiday event lasts until January, and features the estate covered in Christmas decorations from wreaths to garlands as well as thousands of ornaments.
