FARGO, ND (KXNET) — A Horace man has been charged with DUI following a single-vehicle crash Sunday morning that cut across traffic lanes, a ditch, through a fence and over a construction hill before finally coming to a stop. According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, a 32-year-old Horace man was driving at the junction of I-94 and I-29 south in Fargo around noon, when his vehicle cut across all southbound lanes of traffic and left the road. The vehicle then ran through a ditch, drove across 38th Street South, sideswiped a tree, went through a parking lot and into a construction field. The vehicle then proceeded up a large dirt pile hill, vaulted off the top and finally came to a rest near the bottom of the hill. The Fargo man was taken to Essentia Health for treatment of any injuries and he was arrested on charges of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. Close Thanks for signing up!
