Man injured by drunken driver in collision — $100,000 settlement

At midnight, the plaintiff driver proceeded through the intersection on a green light. The defendant, traveling 50 mph in a 25-mph zone, ran a red light and collided with the plaintiff’s car. The impact caused the plaintiff’s vehicle to spin and crash into a METRO bus stopped at a red light, and then into a pole.
