HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - Cory Bigsby, who was found guilty in March of killing his 3-year-old son Codi, is due in court Monday morning for child abuse and neglect charges for his four sons — including Codi. Full Coverage: The Search for Codi Bigsby The pre-trial hearing is in reference to allegations Cory left his children home alone. The charges are not related to Codi's disappearance and murder, which Cory was sentenced to 45 years in prison for on June 18. The hearing, scheduled to take place at Hampton Circuit Court at 9 a.m., is to try and get the judge recused, or excused, from the case. 10 On Your Side's Chris Horne will be in attendance and provide updates throughout the day.
