PASQUOTANK COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) — The Pasquotank County Sheriff's Office is seeking assistance in identifying a suspect in an animal cruelty investigation, deputies said. The man in the pictures allegedly was walking down the road and when he kicked the small dog in the pictures three times. The still pictures are taken from a video from a concerned citizen.
