Final day: Carson City Harvest Train Festival returns wraps up Sunday at Nevada State Railroad Museum

All aboard for fall family fun at the annual two-day Harvest Train Festival, which wraps up Sunday at the Nevada State Railroad Museum in Carson City, bringing train rides and autumn-inspired activities, including pumpkin patch, crafts hosted by Messy Kids Art School, and carnival-style games hosted by local non-profits.
Happening today, Sunday, Oct. 20, families can enjoy 30-minute rides on the Virginia & Truckee Locomotive No. 25 steam engine and the 1875 Glenbrook locomotive. Both trains will run from 10:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Rides are unlimited with the purchase of a wristband.

Museum Members — $15
Standard museum admission and train ride fares will also be available. Please purchase your wristbands and/or tickets at the museum on the day of your visit.
