WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Emergency services are on the scene of a crash between a vehicle and a pedestrian where one person is unresponsive. The call came in around 5:38 p.m. from near Sedgwick County Park at 13th and Ridge Rd. Sedgwick County Dispatch confirmed to KSN the pedestrian is unresponsive. They have been transferred to a local hospital. Police have completely blocked off 13th St. from Ridge Rd. to North Shore while crews work. Traffic is being diverted through Sedgwick County Park.
