WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — United States Attorney Zachary Cunha said a Wilmington man was arrested after allegedly travelling to Rhode Island to meet and have sexual contact with a person he believed to be a fourteen-year-old girl. 63-year-old Robert Consorti was charged with attempted enticement of a minor to engage in illicit sexual activity and interstate travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual activity. He was accused of communicating online and by text message with a person who he thought was a young teenage girl and planning to meet them in Warwick.
