KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- KCPD and the Missouri State Highway Patrol have issued a SILVER Alert for Victor Sahagun-Mejia after he was last seen at his home this morning around 7 a.m. KCK mother wants answers after her son was hurt in a bike hit-and-run According to KCPD, Sahagun-Mejia, 86, of Kansas City, is believed to be on foot after he left his home in the area of 27th Street and Topping Avenue today, October 19. Police are also saying he's wearing a black jacket, a dark blue-collard shirt and black pants. He's 5'8", 150 pounds with black and grey hair and brown eyes.
