(MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo.) — Starting Sunday evening, Oct. 20, the Tomas Company will begin replacing old railroad ties in the Barr Trail Parking Lot. To ensure crew safety and efficient work, 8-10 parking spaces will be blocked off during the project.
