The Lyon County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a Dayton man reported missing. Guy Aldrete, 55, was reported missing on Saturday by family. He was last seen at his residence in the 100 block of Fortune Drive in Dayton on Thursday, Oct. 17 at around 7 p.m. The man left the residence at some point between Thursday, Oct. 17 at approximately 7 p.m. and Friday, Oct. 18 at approximately 8 a.m. and has not returned home, according to the sheriff's office in a news release. His cellphone appears to be turned off at this point in time, according to the news release. Guy Aldrete is a white male, with gray, balding hair, five feet 11 inches, and weighs approximately 185 pounds. He was seen wearing a possible blue or black jeans, t-shirt and steel-toed boots. He has missing front teeth and a gray mustache. He drives a blue 2013 Toyota Corolla (Nevada License Plate 18G912). Partial damage to front bumper (partially detached) with a dent to passenger side of rear bumper.
