Happy Saturday, DMV! It's a chilly start to our morning as morning lows are in the 30s and 40s. The National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory until 9 am for locations that are still in the growing season. Temperatures will quickly begin to warm into the 70s under mostly sunny skies as high pressure continues to dominate our weather pattern. It will be a gorgeous start to our weekend. Another chilly night will be ahead for the DMV if you plan on heading out tonight for any homecoming festivities. Mostly clear skies will be the trend with lows dipping down into the 30s and 40s. High pressure will remain in control through the rest of the weekend and heading into the first half of the work week. Dry and sunny conditions will be seen across the DMV. A slow warming trend will be seen this week as highs will be reaching into the 70s. The high pressure will slowly move offshore Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. Mostly sunny and dry conditions will be seen through Tuesday, but a few clouds will begin to roll into the area on Wednesday.
