CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) -- A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection to a road rage incident on Interstate 664 at the Pughsville Road off-ramp in Chesapeake. At approximately 5:20 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, the Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation responded to the scene of an interstate shooting. Police said two vehicles traveling northbound on Interstate 664 were involved in a road rage incident that resulted in a shooting. A woman received an injury that was not life-threatening. Jordan Kendrell Copeland Jordan Kendrell Copeland was charged with aggravated malicious wounding and shooting at an occupied vehicle. The suspect was taken to the Chesapeake City Jail and received no bond.
