MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A trio of burglars were caught on camera breaking into the Wells Fargo Bank in the Medical District early Friday morning. Surveillance video shows the bank bandits were covered from head to toe and wearing gloves when they smashed their way inside the bank on South Claybrook with a large machete. Bank burglary caught on camera(MPD) The bank burglary happened around 4 a.m. Police said one of the suspects was also armed with a crowbar, and another was carrying a gray backpack. Investigators said once inside the bank, the suspects broke into a safe and took an unknown amount of money.
