GREEN BAY, WI (WFRV) - Local 5 News is dedicated to providing unique, uplifting stories from the neighborhood. In a sea of political yard signs, we found one with a message from one Packers fan we can all endorse.  The sign at the corner of Webster and Emilie Avenues in Green Bay's Astor Park neighborhood reads: "No Texan While Driving," as in the Houston Texans football team. On the flipside, it reads "Houston, You Have A Problem." The homeowner who made the sign identified himself by his neighborhood nickname Chuckles. He says with the nice weather, he's been sitting on the front porch enjoying the reaction. "I get honks all the time, especially on game day," Chuckles told Local 5 News. "I see people go by with a big smile on their face. It's kind of fun!" Chuckles figures since Texas fans are probably spending the weekend--some of them are bound to see his good-natured jab that's positively Wisconsin.
