EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) El Paso has released a list of road closures for the week of Oct. 18, that could affect your commute. I-10 Widening West Sunday, Oct. 20, and Monday, Oct. 21 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. South Desert Boulevard will be reduced to one lane between the Artcraft Road onramp and Redd Road. Crews will be installing concrete pavement. Monday, Oct. 21, through Friday, Oct. 25, and Monday, Oct. 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. South Desert Boulevard will be reduced to one lane south of Bentridge Drive. Crews will be installing metal beam guard fence. Monday, Oct. 21, and Tuesday, Oct. 22 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. I-10 East will be reduced to one lane between Redd Road and Mesa Street. The eastbound Artcraft Road onramp will be closed. DETOUR: Continue on South Desert Boulevard, enter I-10 past Mesa. Crews will be placing concrete pavement.
