Syracuse man faces up to 50 years in prison for sexual abusing a child for 8 years

Syracuse, N.Y. — A 64-year-old man could spend up to 50 years in prison for sexually abusing a boy over a period of eight years, prosecutors said.William Seneca Sr., of Syracuse, pleaded guilty on Friday to sexually abusing a boy who was around 7 years old when the abuse started, according to court documents filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
