SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- The man driving the pickup in a fatal pedestrian crash with five-year-old in Yankton has been ticketed for not yielding for a pedestrian, court documents said. Michel Ray Hanson, 60, told investigators he did not see the girl Tuesday morning at a four-way stop on East 19th Street near Fantle Memorial Park. No injuries reported in Meade County standoff Hanson faces a $25 fine. The South Dakota Highway Patrol has not released the name for the girl.
