MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A northeast Arkansas doctor's license has been suspended after allegations of sexual conduct in his clinic. Dr. David Diffine's license was suspended on an emergency basis Oct. 14, according to records from the Arkansas State Medical Board. The board found that Diffine's actions "exhibit an ongoing danger to the public in his continued practice of medicine." Diffine operates three family practice clinics in Blytheville, Paragould and Bono, according to his website. The medical board says it received a complaint on July 17 that Diffine engaged in sexual contact with his staff, who are also his patients, and sexually harassed those staff members. The complaint was accompanied by a video from a security camera inside the clinic that allegedly showed Diffine "performing a sexual act with a staff member while other staff members were present and watching. The video also shows Diffine walking throughout the clinic naked," the records state. Dr. Bradley Diner with the Arkansas Medical Foundation reviewed the video, according to records. He called the behavior "perverse" and recommended a formal professional evaluation.
