(PUEBLO, Colo.) — A 24-year-old man was arrested on Thursday evening, Oct. 17 on multiple charges, including distributing marijuana to minors. The arrest came after a months-long investigation, according to the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office (PCSO). PCSO said the arrest was made possible after a tip was called in, alleging a man was selling marijuana to middle school students. Narcotics detectives learned that 24-year-old Quentin Marcellus Goodman-Reynolds of Pueblo had allegedly contacted minors through social media to sell a deliver marijuana products, some students as young as 13 years old. Detectives arrested Goodman-Reynolds after he arrived at a location detectives gave him for an undercover buy. A detective posed as a teenager and agreed to meet him to purchase marijuana. When Goodman-Reynolds arrived, he was arrested on charges relating to the distribution of marijuana and/or marijuana concentrate, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a special offender, and a protection order violation. PPD: Teen punched man who tried to get him to do drugs "Our detectives did a great job investigating this case, identifying the suspect, and making an arrest,” said Pueblo County Sheriff David J. Lucero. “This is worrisome that someone is taking advantage of our youth like this. We urge parents to be proactive, be engaged, and find out what their kids are doing and who they are communicating with." Goodman-Reynolds' car was seized and detectives are working on getting a search warrant. He was booked into the Pueblo County Jail, and further charges could be added as there is still a pending warrant on the car.
