BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Bakersfield Police Department is searching for a missing at-risk 14-year-old boy last seen in southwest Bakersfield on Ipswich Way. Albert Briseno Jr. was last seen near the 8100 block of Ipswich Way near Gosford Road on Oct. 7. Police say he is considered at risk due to no reported history of running away. 2 alleged fentanyl dealers arrested in East Bakersfield operation Police describe Briseno as 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 210 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and it is unknown what color shirt he was last seen wearing.
