BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A 54-year-old man has pleaded no contest to charges of contacting a minor with the intent to commit a sex act and possession of child pornography, according to court records. Four other counts were dismissed when Toby Dean Lemons pleaded no contest on Thursday, records show. He faces three years and eight months in prison at next month's sentencing hearing, prosecutors said.
