CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - A new study revealed the most Instagrammable Halloween costumes for this year.

A study conducted by PlayFame analyzed Instagram data on the most popular fictional characters including hashtags such as ‘#[character]costume,’ ‘#[character]Halloweenmask,’ ‘#[character]cosplay,’ and ‘#[character]outfit’. The number of posts determined the most popular Halloween costume.
The most popular Halloween costume on Instagram for 2024 is Spider-Man with more than 967,000 posts. The superhero has been around since 1962 when he first appeared in a comic book. The latest Spider-Man movie was released in 2021 called 'Spider-Man: No Way Home'. The next movie is scheduled to be released in 2025, 'Spider-Man: New Home'.
