(WWLP) - Second Chance Animal Services, will be bringing a low-cost vaccine clinic to the town's fire department on Friday.  Funds needed to support 23 dogs surrendered to local animal shelter The clinic will be from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. offering rabies and distemper vaccines for just $5 as well as microchipping services for $22. Pet owners are encouraged to pre-register as walk-in appointments will be limited.
