BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — A security guard working an event this week at an Indiana University fraternity house is being accused by three women of sexual misconduct, unwanted fondling and attempted rape. IU Police Department officials said they received a report on Thursday describing fondling and attempted rape during an event at the Tau Epsilon Phi frat house located at 1500 N. David Baker Avenue. Three women came forward to file the report. IUPD's report alleges that a security guard who works for a third-party security company contracted by the fraternity fondled three women and attempted to sexually assault one of them. The women said it happened between 9-10 p.m. on Thursday. RELATED: Indiana University student charged with raping two women Police said that the suspect's identity is currently unknown. He is described as a man between the ages of 18 and 30. According to IUPD, the security company that the guard works for had been on the list of approved security vendors for Indiana University. IU has now initiated a process to remove the vendor from the list due to these allegations.
