NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — The Noblesville City Council approved a $250 million residential and commercial development on Tuesday, creating 650 new homes near Morse Reservoir.
Specifically, this means a 175-acre area known as Morse Village, located on Noblesville's northside at the intersection of East 206th Street and Hague Road. Reports indicate the homes will be broken down into 250 high-end single-family homes, 150 townhouses (50 of which are condominium units) and 250 multifamily residences.
According to government documents, LOR Corporation, based out of Indiana, will develop the project. Apart from the new homes, this development will include:

30,000 square feet of commercial, retail, restaurant and professional office space
Widening the lanes on Hague Road, James Road and 206th Street
Incorporating signs for the Morse Village gateway
Infrastructure improvements, including new trails and sidewalks, landscaping, greenspaces, extending sanitary sewer mains and a "passive-style park focused on the preservation of an existing ald eagle nest".
Noblesville City Council voted 6-0 to approve the decision, in agreement with LOR.
