ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Foreigner will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this weekend! Lou Gramm, the band's lead singer and a Rochester native, will be heading to Cleveland for the ceremony. The band has been nominated along with Peter Frampton, Mary J. Blige, the Dave Matthews Band, Ozzy Osbourne, and more. Foreigner is known for hits such as "Hot-Blooded," "Juke-Box Hero," and "Cold as Ice." Gramm told News 8 back in April that they had been eligible for a long time and aspired for the band to make it into the Hall of Fame. The ceremony will take place on Saturday, October 19 at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland. More information about the Class of 2024 inductees can be found by clicking here.
