BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Kingsley Jonathan has moved back and forth between the Bills active roster and practice squad, but no matter his status he’s always ready to be involved in the community. "Anytime we have an opportunity to give back, every time you have an opportunity to influence somebody else, especially the younger kids, you know I always look at it as one of my responsibilities to be there,” said Jonathan. He says community involvement can be player-driven, team-driven, or a bit of both. "As a team, we usually have something going on every Tuesday,” said Jonathan. “Always involve myself in as much of the events as possible. By myself. I do some things outside during the offseason, but during the season I let the Bills take charge of what we do and what time we do it." He especially enjoys events where he can spend time with and inspire kids. "Seeing all those kids showing up and having fun, yeah, makes you feel great,” said Jonathan. “It's awesome." He sees the players’ community involvement as a reflection of the community itself. "Just want to give a shout out to Bills Mafia,” said Jonathan. “Always showing up, always looking out for each other. That's something I'm passionate about.
