(KRON) -- The Oakland Police Department is seeking the public's help in finding Naomi Palomo, a teenager who was last seen in the 8700 block of MacArthur Boulevard at about 11:30 a.m. on Friday. 35 years: A look back at the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake Naomi is described as being a 15-year-old who is 5-foot-6 tall and weighs about 150 pounds. She has red hair and brown eyes, according to police. Police say Naomi was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and black sneakers.
