Central NY man crashes into guard rail, was driving while intoxicated, troopers say

Homer, N.Y. — A 44-year-old man was charged with driving intoxicated after he crashed his vehicle into a guard rail, troopers said.Michael D. Seamon, of Tully, was driving north on Interstate 81 in the town of Homer when he missed a curve on the road and hit a guard rail, according to Trooper Aga Tinker, a spokesperson for state police.
