HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (WSAV) — Hilton Head Island and May River faced off Thursday night and the Seahawks came on top 23-10, handing the Sharks its first loss of the season. May River started strong in this one on the ground and took an early 7-3 lead. Hilton Head responded in big way, scoring a touchdown to take the lead 10-7, forcing a fumble, and scoring again on the next drive to take a 17-7 lead before the half.
