ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexico's largest electric utility spent the day promoting safety among its workforce. PNM held live demonstrations outside Civic Plaza in Albuquerque on Thursday for Safety Day. New UTV will help AFR fight fires in Albuquerque’s Bosque The event, limited to PNM staff, featured 25 safety-related activities at the convention center, including classes and awareness training. Though the event was closed to the public, PNM said promoting safety within its own workforce has a ripple effect helping keep customers safe as well.
