KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - One person was taken to a hospital after a crash involving a semi on US 30 in Kosciusko County Thursday afternoon, according to Indiana State Police.
Troopers responded to the crash around 2:40 p.m. An investigation found that a semi came to a stop at the traffic light on SR 19 when a white van crashed into it from behind.
The driver of the van was taken to a hospital with injuries, their condition is unknown, according to ISP.
Neither alcohol nor drugs were factors in the crash but the driver of the van appeared to be following the semi too closely.
