(KRON) -- A teenage girl killed in Monday's crash in Richmond has been identified Thursday. According to the coroner's division of the Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff, the victim was 16-year-old Richmond resident Stephanie Anahi. It was initially reported by the Richmond Police Department (RPD) that the deceased victim was 14 years old, but the county's coroner corrected the victim's age to 16. Stephanie's 11-year-old sister was also in the car at the time of the crash, along with two additional minors. According to police, the sister was taken to the hospital and, as of Wednesday, remains in critical condition. The crash happened around 5:17 a.m. near the 600 block of Canal Boulevard. According to RPD, the involved vehicle -- an Infinity G35 coupe reported stolen on Oct. 12 -- was speeding on the northbound lanes before leaving the roadway and striking two trees and a pole on the east curb line. After the crash, police reported that two 15-year-old male occupants of the Infinity ran away from the scene.  One of them was located at a nearby hospital, and the other was found at his Richmond residence later that evening. They admitted to being in the car but not to driving it or stealing it, authorities said. “At this time, the occupants have provided conflicting statements about who was driving at the time of the collision,” RPD said. “Investigators will follow up on additional leads, including DNA evidence, to determine which occupant was driving during the crash." As of Thursday, no arrests have been made. If one of the living occupants of the car is determined to be the driver, they may face charges of vehicular manslaughter.
