WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The Sedgwick County Commission District 3 candidates joined KSN News at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The candidates are Democrat Celeste Racette and Republican Stephanie Wise. The seat is being vacated by David Dennis.
