After less than a year in business, Medical Center restaurant Mi Gente Comida y Cantina has permanently closed its doors, its owner revealed Wednesday in a social media post. "Isn't it wonderful when you visit your favorite restaurant and are served a plate overflowing with the delicious food you've been craving?" the Facebook announcement reads. "However, when life starts to resemble that overflowing plate, it can feel a lot less wonderful."
