MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) - Madison police officers initiated a traffic stop late on Monday night that resulted in three arrests. According to the incident report, the initial stop was made because people were seen throwing glass bottles out of the vehicle. Two teenagers under the age of 16 arrested after stolen vehicle pursuit in Wisconsin The suspect vehicle was pulled over on E. Washington Ave. shortly before midnight. All people in the vehicle were reportedly intoxicated.
