Man, 40, charged with shooting man in the hand on Syracuse’s South Side

Syracuse, N.Y. — A Syracuse man has been charged with shooting a 28-year-old man in the hand on the South Side, police said.Preston Crouch, 40, was arrested and charged Thursday with second-degree assault, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a firearm and criminal possession of stolen property, according to a criminal complaint filed in Syracuse city court.
