Fairmount, N.Y. — My stomach is not built to eat serving upon serving of the CopperTop Tavern’s Copper Nachos. At least it isn’t anymore. Fifteen years ago, when the restaurant first opened in Camillus, I would order the pile of deep-fried pasta dough topped with tomatoes, olives, sausage, pepperoni, pepperoncini, and mozzarella cheese ($14.39) as an entree, scarfing them down with reckless abandon.
